Château Brande-Bergère is situated to the north of Saint-Emilion on a sand-gravel mound with a clay bottom.
Château Brande Bergère is located North of Saint-Emilion on a hill with gravelly soil on clayish subsoil. It is one of the highest points in Gironde, overlooking the Dronne valley for over 25 miles. The vineyard of Brande Bergère has been cultivated since the 18th century. The vineyard is planted about half with Merlot, and the other half with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
