Tasting notes from the oenologist:

Clear and brilliant wine with a ruby note. The nose is reminiscent of the garrigue, ripe fruit, peppery, solar. Mellow on the palate with a mellow attack. The finish continues on notes of morello cherries, slightly spicy.
